Keith Marino
President & CEO
Keith began his career at Squadron Defense Group working as the company’s General Counsel and delivering FOCI mitigation and export control advisory services to clients. His responsibilities now also include providing strategic direction and day-to-day oversight for all of SDG’s security consulting and SCIF business.
Keith brings more than twenty years of legal experience as both a litigation partner and in-house general counsel. During his work in private practice, first at Howrey & Simon and then at Arent Fox, Keith addressed diverse legal issues while representing entities ranging from bio-energy start-ups, to global corporations and their international business operations, to governments. His areas of expertise include complex commercial transactions, equity and debt investment, international law & regulatory compliance, and intellectual property.
Keith earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and English from the College of William and Mary, and his Juris Doctorate from W&M’s Marshall Wythe School of Law where he was inducted into the Order of the Coif.
Craig Marino
Chief Operating Officer
Craig originally joined the company as a management consultant and is now responsible for directing its business development, marketing, and service delivery functions.
Craig’s background includes senior level positions in finance, sales, marketing and operations. He spent a decade as a trusted advisor on technology merger & acquisition transactions while with Broadview International and his own firm, Rowland Associates. He also held a variety of positions in his dozen years with the New York Mets, including as the organization’s senior customer service official.
Craig earned a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Duke University, and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
Peter Dispenzirie
Chief Financial Officer
Peter oversees all of the company’s financial reporting, forecasting, compliance, pricing and all other accounting related matters.
Peter has over 30 years of financial management experience, including 15 years at Deloitte as a Director, where he led numerous financial and compliance functions for the Big 4 professional services firm. He retired from Deloitte as the National Controller for Cross Functional Practices, where he guided the financial growth of Deloitte’s Federal Practice from less than $50 million to a $500 million practice in five (5) years. Previously, Peter headed up the financial organization as National Controller of Deloitte’s $800 million Real Estate and Administrative Services Organization, where he was credited with reducing cost per person for the 40,000 person firm by over 15% in three (3) years.
Prior to joining Deloitte, Peter was with Airborne Freight Corporation, a Fortune 500 company, for 15 years. During his last 10 years with the company Peter was Controller of its subsidiary, Airborne Forwarding Corporation.
Peter received his Bachelor of Arts degree with a concentration in accounting from the Catholic University of America, and later received certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the University of Maryland.
